Pillow Cookies [Gone Bad]

Disaster happened in the kitchen last night, not anything that sparked a fire or made me scream "CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!"
I actually laughed and then thought to myself "I can't believe these didn't turn out how they were supposed to be."

What's wrong?

Their too big.

The fudge didn't really spread out.

I don't think I let them cool long enough because when I went to scrap them out half of them broke on me.

I will still continue to bake from Bakerella though, I just love it too much!
